Thai Yoga Massage at Coast in Brighton and Hove
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art carried out on a futon mattress & performed through clothing without oils.
It is based on the philosophy that life energy is carried by a network of energy lines running throughout the body, which connect all the internal organs.
By working on the energy lines & various acupressure points using rhythmic palming, thumb, elbow & foot pressure & by applying hatha yoga stretches, energy blockages are removed helping to:
- reduce muscle tension
- bring the body back to a balanced state physically, mentally and emotionally
- improves flexibility
- mobilize the joints
- encourage a deep sense of relaxation & well-being
Sometimes termed 'lazy mans yoga', Thai Yoga Massage isn't just for people who practice yoga-it can be enjoyed by all. Treatments are available for 30, 60, and 90 minutes.
